I love this stuff for my kids its the only cold medicine i buy for my kids now it works really good and fast it gets rid of the congestion fast ans the cold fast and i love how this one really does break up the mucus like it says it does so if you have children use this stuff if they have a cold its the best i got this for free threw smiley360  for my thoughts on the product
